What type of billing software do you use?
It utilizes ASP technology, which allows you to access the software from any computer with an internet connection. You will no longer have expensive networking fees or the complications that can hinder your workday when encountering a networking issue.
How will I be charged?
We charge based on a percentage, not a flat rate. Because we work on a percentage, you can know that we work hard to collect every claim from the smallest to the largest. We do not maintain a set fee schedule for our services. Pricing is competitive, and will be tailored to the individual needs of your practice. Rates are based on the type of services needed, practice specialty, composition of insurance payer mix, ratio of new to established patients, and level of practice office organization. What are the start up costs?
Because the software utilizes ASP technology start up cost are extraordinarily low. You will never pay for upgrades or technical support.
How will my office get the billing information to you?
Depending on the needs of your office, we can receive information via: scan, fax, email, or EHR data transfer (if you are set up with Electronic Health Records, or are interested in EHR there is a direct transfer option.)
What is the turn around time on claims?
24-hours, sometimes less depending on what time of day we recieve your claims information.
Will I receive reports about my account?
Yes. Reports are run on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Each month we will deliver and review reports with you. Our goal is that you have all of the knowledge you need to be at ease with your billing process so that you can focus on patients.
Is the software HIPPA compliant?

Will you back up my data?
Yes. Your data is securely backed-up on a daily basis. You never have to worry about losing your data again.
